His career spans global corporations, private equity-backed platforms, and family-owned businesses across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and essential home services.
David began his career in public education before moving into senior HR leadership roles at GE, Novartis, and Fiserv. Over the past decade, he has focused on aligning people, strategy, and performance in high-growth, mid-market environments.
He brings a pragmatic, people-first approach to building leadership capability, integrating acquisitions, and modernizing HR systems for scale. Holds certifications in SPHR, Change Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
Based in Chicago, David is a proud Minneapolis native, father of two, and grandfather of one. He also volunteers with organizations addressing food insecurity and serves as an advisor to Surge for Water, a global nonprofit focused on clean water and women's health.
